Last night I had the pleasure of seeing Vampire Weekend (totally not related to Twilight!) with my long-time friend, Brad. What made it even better was that it was at the Red Butte Amphitheater which a beautiful place for concerts. The weather could not have been more perfect. After days of cold the venue was nice and warm until it got dark and then there was a nice cool breeze. It was perfect for the smoke machines too! If I had any complaint it would be that the show was too short. They have 3 CDs out but they all are kind of short albums. They only played for a total of 1.5 hours but it was still pretty amazing.
